Shipping Fee:
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that if you place an order during holidays or outside business hours, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeframe:
For most serviceable pin codes, we aim to deliver within 4-8 business days. However, unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, natural disasters, strikes, inaccessible locations, or stock issues may cause delays. You will receive a unique tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched for tracking your package.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Verification Process:
All COD orders undergo a thorough two-step verification. Once you select COD as your payment method, a WhatsApp message will be sent to you for confirmation. You must confirm or cancel the order through the link provided in the message. Additionally, our team will call you for confirmation. If we do not receive an answer, your order will be cancelled.

Non-Delivery to Certain Addresses:
We do not offer COD delivery to hostels, PGs, universities, schools, or similar addresses due to a high rate of returns from these locations.

Address Issues:
If your address is incomplete or cannot be verified, our team will attempt to contact you. If we do not receive a response, the COD order will be cancelled.

Placing Prepaid Orders:
If your COD order is cancelled or you are ineligible for COD delivery, please place your order as a prepaid order instead.

COD Rules:

• COD is available for orders valued at ₹899 or more, with an additional ₹99 COD charge.
• Certain products and categories are not eligible for COD.
